Why should you install a storage battery ?

In the current context of development of renewable energies, energy storage improves energy efficiency and promotes the integration of variable renewable energies. It also brings security and flexibility to networks.

Energy storage concerns both heat and electricity. It consists of “accumulating” energy for later use in a place that may be identical to or different from the place of production. Batteries are one of the most common means. When they are charging, they trap electrical energy, then release it throughout their discharge, without being connected to a source of electrical production.
